Bellringer 8-30-12

 The hurricane Issac was powerful, but it's not like they didn't know about it . It's not the biggest storm we have ever seen. They were prepared for this one but didn't do anything. The residents are flooded but it isn't anything someone couldn't handle. But it's a  relief that the hurricane has been graded to a tropical storm but still they knew it was coming and they didn't do anything.
